Save time and money! Customers on our business plans have special access to our business support line on 13 24 49. The business support line is available from 6:00am to 6:00pm WST, Monday to Friday.
static IP
A static IP allows you to host your own services on the Internet.
Using static IP addresses you can set up a web or ftp server for website customisation, configure a virtual private network for synchronising your data across multiple offices or even host your own mail server. One static IP is included as standard with all business plans and an additional block of 4 is available upon request.

20 email addresses and 60MB web space
Provide your staff with their own email address or create general inquiry addresses for each department in your organisation. You can manage email addresses using our toolbox feature with the 'Create Mailboxes' option.
With 60MB of web space you can easily host, manage and renovate your website.
reverse DNS lookup
A reverse DNS lookup uses an IP address to find a domain name. It is used to assist with security concerns from other ISPs and is generally good 'netiquette'. You will be able to lookup this information in toolbox soon. Until then you can contact business support for reverse DNS information. This feature is only available for IP addresses that are assigned to you by us.
