All new customers to iiNet must select Direct Debit or automatic Credit Card payment options. Select your payment option at sign up, or change your payment option at any time via toolbox.

Note: Certain payment options are not available for certain product types. At Sign Up this will be made clear, and in toolbox the payment option will not be available to you if it does not support your iiNet product(s).

Selecting Direct Debit via toolbox :

Step 1 - Log on to toolbox.

Note: If toolbox contains both Direct Debit and Credit Card details, default payment will be via Credit Card.

Note: Customers paying by either American Express or Diners Club will incur a 3% charge on all payments.
