Naked DSL payment and billing

Where can I check my account details?
iiNet Naked DSL customers can check their account details via toolbox. You can also use toolbox to update billing and contact details yourself as required, as well as changing account types and checking your download quotas without having to contact a customer service representative.

If I currently pay by credit card, can I swap to direct debit?
When you sign up, you have the option to choose to pay by credit card or direct debit. Once your plan is active, you can change payment methods by logging into toolbox or by calling the customer accounts team on 13 22 58.

Do I get mailed a tax invoice (receipt) in the mail?
To keep costs to a minimum, we don't mail you a tax invoice. We supply all our invoices by email to your contact email address. We can send you a paper tax invoice for an additional fee which you can request during the sign up process. Alternatively, you can view your tax invoices online in your account toolbox.

Why do I need to supply credit card or direct debit details?
Credit card or direct debit details are required on all iiNet broadband services (including Naked DSL) as they minimise the cost of billing, allowing us to keep prices down and deliver the best possible product.

I don't have a credit card. Can I still apply for a Naked DSL account?
Yes. You can pay via direct debit as well as credit card. Please have these details handy when you apply to help us make the application process as smooth as can be. If you're not sure about your bank account details, check them with your bank before submitting your application.
